Darmanitan-Why? Because pachirisu are generally weak and darmanitan has to be at cartain level to evolve. So this matchup has a higher chance of darmanitan acceiving the higher level in the matchup.

The ranger appears to have her stylus, but... Darmanitan isn't in Pokémon Ranger, so in technicality, she can't manipulate it, so it would win.

Pachirisu has a type advantage, but Octillery is a stronger Pokemon... Both stand a chance, but if I would have to choose, I'd pick Pachirisu.
