Which one is Rarer, Feebas or a shiny pokemon?

I really need to know which one is rarer. Can someone help me??

Wrong forum. Shiny Pokemon are rarer than Feebas.

shiny pokemon have like a 1/8000 something chance
feebas is found quite often when you get to the right tile
therefore... a shiny is rarer.

With Feebas you have some sort of control over encountering it... shinies is just pure luck, making them rarer IMO.

Shinies are much. With feebas you can stay in the same spot and keep fishing, but with shinies it's totally random with a 1/8192 chance iirc.
