I headcanon that Dawns Togekiss was Misty’s Togepi.

Doesn't really make sense, because then Togekiss should recognize Ash and Pikachu but it did not.

Anyways, Serena and Chloe because honestly it felt more like development for Serena herself rather than Chloe

I would say May and Dawn. I loved their friendship and that they were both coordinators from two different regions.

Dawn and Chloe was awesome to see, too.

Based on what exactly? You can't just head canon something without at least a tiny bit of evidence. Them being from the same evolutionary line doesn't mean they're the same Pokemon. Besides like someone said if it was the same one then it would've recognized Ash.

May and Dawn were basically besties from the moment they first met so I think they had the best chemistry.
