Donphan should battle Registeel!!! I really hope it does, Donphan is awesome. As for Regice, Pikachu or Swellow...maybe even Corphish. But for the battle against Registeel..100% should be Donphan.

Ok so Registeel is Aipom for the same reason Misty every used Phyduck and then for Regice he will use Pi... no its Aipom wanting vengince. No but really he will use Donphan for steel and then must likely Torkoal, Picachu or give Sceptile a second chance against Ice this time hopefully he wont threaten the ref tho.

~intergalactic platypus~ corphish has done more then enough. It got to battle in the battle dome with Swellow and they won. Then corphish was used against Anabel in the Battle Tower. And the episode with TR disbaning which had butch and cassidy in it, corphish took out a marowak and a pinsir. And ofcourse we cant forget the crazy run it had in the hoenn league so after that its done damn good.
IMO it should be donphan vs. registeel, many have said it already and i agree. Donphan only battled lucy's seviper but then got taken out by milotic. Its last battle was in the pewter gym episode and that battle never finished. I want Sceptile vs. Regirock, Donphan vs. Registeel, and Pikachu vs. Regice.

The writers seem to hate Torkoal, so I wouldn't put too much hope in its return. I'd even say Cyndaquil has a better chance of being used than Torkoal against the Regi's. :/

I really want to see Ash's old pokemon because this is KANTO Battle Frontier Saga, however rarely can we see his old pokemon: Charizard, Snorlax and Heracross. I think against Registeel he should use cyndaquil because of the type advantage, and against regice he can use pikachu because this is the final battle and pikachu is his first pokemon.
