Which psyhic pokemon is the best?

Hm..I think Alakazam. It has an awesome Sp.Atk and great Speed so it can faint almost every Pokemon at the first turn.

Aww...no legendary Mewtwo, Mew, Deoxys, Latios, and Latias? Alakazam is the perfect pokemon to add considering his stats but the only problem is to cover its defense defect.

Yeah,Alakazam is great but its defence.....but still a great pokemon!!

How about Hypno?

Hypno? Um...yeah, It has a better HP, Def and Sp.Def, but Alakazam still win at Sp Atk and Spd. I often used it with the Hypnosis combo moveset (Hypnosis+Dream Eater+Nightmare).

I always use Alakazam, but that's just me!

metagross is a great physical sweeper, starmie is a elemental sweeper and probably the best choice, and gardevoir >>> alakazam, because it can actually take hits.

It really depends on the use of the Psychic Pokemon. I like Exxeggutor the most of them. With Sunnyday it's really fast and very useful(together with Sleeppowder and Solar Beam). It has also an unsual and unique type combination. Together with Xatu, it's my favorite Psychic Pokemon.

I tend not to use mono-type psychics, but if you really want to, get Gardevoir. Dual-type Psychics such as Starmie and Metagross (even though it doesn't use Psychic attacks) are a notch above them.

I'd say Espeon, every time i've had one it's been really easy to get to level 100

Alakazam and Espeon are at the top of the list. They both have very similiar stats, speedy, and high special attack. For some reason, I'm always more afraid of Espeon, but that's because I'm always overestimated it's defense

Gardevoir is a close second, thanks to it's special defense, but Shadow Ball still hurts a lot

But I'm very partial to Hypno. I refer to him as the beefy Psychic, his Psychic might not do as much damage as Alakazam's, but his defense and special defense are definately better than Gardevoirs, and his physical attack is even decent. It's pretty slow though. Hypno is all-around good, but not really excelling anywhere except over it's fellow psychic (Let's... look away from Metagross XD)

Espeon is good, though it`s defence is low!
I think that`s my favorite Psychic Pokémon!

Alakazam and Metagross are the base of any Psychic team but you could also add Slowking, Wobbufett or Medicham (only weak against Flying)
