which special pokemon do you have in a pokeball?

Which special pokemon do you have in a pokeball? I have Rayquaza, Articuno and Zapdos. Now i'm trying to catch a Moltres in a pokeball. Kyogre and Latias are in a Ultra and Master Ball.

I dont think its possible to catch a raquaza in a pokemon, only master

Kodan, you have a chance to catch any pokemon in any pokeball. It just takes a lot of luck.

i have latios and mewtwo in pokeball
lugia,kyorge,raikou in masterball
others in timer ball
only latias in great ball

i don't have pokemons in ultra ball

none, i just restarted my game XD.
but anyway, RamOne is my little brother, so i'll tell you guys what he caught this day: zapdos and moltres, both in a pokeball. that weird boy just keeps resetting until he catches it with a pokeball (he only throws pokeballs too XD). he spend two hours on catching regirock with a pokeball, but he didn't had any luck this time.

Oh lordy lord I'd never be able to keep trying with pokeballs because I like to get the right natures too. Plus, I like the look of ultra balls more anyway

I've got a Lugia on my Gold Version that was caught in a pokeball, it was at 90% health too when I caught it.

the third great ball i threw at latias...i remember it like it was yesterday...
my rayquaza is in my master ball
kyogre in ultra ball(i think)
and i think that groudon and regice are in great balls
and the other 2 regis are in ultra balls.
