In my mind Jhoto starters are the best but thats
only because Cyndaquil is my fav starter and
Totodile is my fav water starter.

Johto Starters. They're in-between as far as preference goes. In Kanto I just like Blastoise, and in Hoenn I just like Blaziken and Swampert (Swampert just very, very slightly, though...). the other 3 I hate. With a passion. Feraligatr might be on the bottom too, but it's on the top of the bottom, which is OK.

I like Johto's starters. Kanto's were good, but just lacked the personality, and I'm sick to death of the Hoenn starters, which to me, have little to no character at all. This is just judging by the looks though, and not battling ability.

best water: mudkip
best fire: cyndaquil
best grass: tie between treecko and chicorta...

0 to kanto (hahaha) 1.5 to jotho 1.5 to hoenn...

I think it´s hoenn, just because I rarely use fire type pokés, AND swampert and sceptile are excelent.
