Its the same with duel poison/steel types such as skarmory and vileplume, even though the other type could normally be poisoned

Nope, Twineedle doesn't poison Steel anymore.

Steel and Poison cannot be Poisoned.

The same goes for:
"Oh NO! My fire was burnt!"
and
"Oh NO! My ice was frost!"

You can´t Posion Poison and Steel Pokémon. (so does the Immunity ones)
