Hehe for me the toughest E4 is in Ru/Sa/Emerald.

I had a hard time beating Phoebe and Glacia on my first try. It's coz of Glacia's Walrein and Phoebe's Dusclops. I actually lost once. But I came back and beat them (after I leveled up my Pokemon a bit.)

The G/S version Elite 4 were probably the easiest ones. I aced all of them on my first try.

Discuss.

None, I beat them on my first try!

Nothing to be done
Well, technically it would be the Kanto Round 2 in FR/LG. But as far as first round challenges, the title goes to the Hoenn Elite Four, although none of the Elite Fours were particularly difficult.

FR/LG Pokemon league cause the highest level Pokemon when you do the elite four for the second time is in level 75

Note that the GSC Elite 4 were supposed to be easy wimps.
Meant to make way for the entirety of Mount Silver and Red.

FR/LG because it had five members.

There should not have been a 'none, I beat them on my first try' option because everyone beats them on their first try. I voted RBY because I did not want to vote 'none, I beat them on my first try'.

All Leagues have five members...

I Vote RBY, mainly since FR/LG isn't there. :p

The highest Level-wise, and the ONLY one without a craptastic, mostly Monotype Champion. Yay!

So says the Kanto superialist without giving a legit reason.

I agree though. My reason would be because I didn't know jack about how to play the game, so R/B/Y naturally were the hardest, combined with overpowered Pokemon. Still, by "hardest," I mean something like "Came closest to giving me a challenge."

one love
The R/S Elite Four was especially tricky for me in the earlier stages (darn you, Dusclops); however, the R/B/Y Elite Four was harder in general in that it started out quite hard and only got worse.

Definitely the R/S Elite Four. Phoebe was really annoying to battle (damn Dusclops...), and Glacia was difficult also. Drake and Steven were tough, but not too bad.

Really? Oops... So R/B/Y because Blue hax0rz. Evil... Non-monotype...
Not to mention Lorelei's evil all resisting Pokemon.
I had to get Zapdos just for the sake of killing her. Grr...
(No, I do not keep a ready supply of Electric Pokemon.)

Aka SamuraiDon
R/S/E because in the first round your pp start to go down and after you fought Phoebe your pokemon pp are half gone and you have recover them.

R/B/Y/FR/LG where in the middle.

And S/G/C were way too easy I traded over my red team because I thouth they would be hard (this was when I first played it) ¬_¬
