Yeah, ok!
Johto. Aside from a few great episodes here and there, it was the most disappointing and lackluster season of the entire series.

When the Orange Islands were airing, everyone wanted the "original trio" back to bring Pokemon back to it's Kanto greatness. That didn't work out as Ash/Misty/Brock pretty much bombed completely the second time. Brock needs to be given the "Misty treatment" after the current arc ends, then we'll be all set!

Kabuto

little punks!
Johto is the worst. It started off great but then his team didn't improve and it got worse with boring fillers in Johto League Champions. The original trio was better than Tracey but Misty got tiring and the writers didn't know what they were doing.

I didn't like the orange islands, the only thing i liked was snorlax. But in Johto i Didn't get the GSC games til very later on and didn't have the internet so I was excited by the idea of seeing new pokémon.

Isn't it obvious? Jouto.

It hardly had any substance and it was overrun by crappy fillers. The only thing that was good about jouto was that it showcased the 2nd Generation Pokemon, the non-filler episodes, and some filler episodes that I actually thought were quite enjoyable.

Johto really bored me to tears.

-Kanto: Old pokeshipping *sighs*

-Orange Islands:...Tracey...Tracey...Tracey! Need I say more?

-Hoenn: Contests, Drew, and Harley.

Let's just say, Johto did not hold my interest!

Johto, by far.

Countless and crappy fillers, characters losing their personality and uninteresting filler character made of Johto the worst Pokemon season IMO.

Anikin

Rebel
Kanto

Kanto. The worst saga in Pokemon by far. And now my reasons: Misty, banned episodes, graphics, uninteresting plot, crappy trainers, etc.

Kanto.
Because it was cheesy as heck, with loathsome characters and even loathsomer (is that a word?) graphics. It's overrated purley because of nostalgia, gave Pokemon the childish image it has today, and everything in it, though ugly and bland in the first place, were made worse by the ugly artwork and shoddy animation that backed it up. The characters moved like robots with artharitus, and it was unbearably sluggish.
Plus, I despise Knato in general: Pokemon, characters, the works. I hate them all.

I hated Johto. It was a disaster with too many boring fillers hence why I stopped watching and why I didn't see another episode until Hoenn.

Hmm, I stopped watching during Johto. Wonder what that means?

In fact, there is only ONE thing that all of those very pointless Johto episodes made which still stands today. And that is Wobbuffet. (You could also could Foretress, but let's be honest, it doesn't exactly appear every episode does it?)

Whereas Kanto introduced Ash, Misty, Brock, Jessie, James, Pikachu, Meowth and many others. Hoenn introduced May, Max and many Pokemon with unique personalities. Hell, even the Orange Islands had Tracey (and Snorlax). But Johto...it had so much potential, but...

Well, Johto did suck. But Kanto was quite lacking, to be fair. If half the things that happened back in Kanto happened now, people would complain. Lame running gags every episode (i.e. Jigglypuff), catch'n'Oaks with no development, releases, lack of evolutions, starters glorified, etc.

Imagine Ash got a Torchic, Treecko and Mudkip, and a Taillow. No Torkoal or Corphish, unless maybe they're caught as Oak-fillers. And a Wurmple, which evolves within two episodes and buggers off within another fifteen. The starters never evolve, except Torchic, who becomes a Combusken for two episodes before evolving again into a disobedient, lazy Blaziken that gets badly overrated by fans. Treecko is too up itself to become a sexy Grovyle and Mudkip is useless. Ash comes in the top 16 of the Hoenn League, of which about three battles were shown, and loses to his clone because of Blaziken. Taillow evolves and leaves. Oh, and Misty's there.

It would suck!

Oh, and benmeister 2, you're forgetting [SPOIL]Phanpy/Donphan[/SPOIL].

I just keeping Octo
Johto was awful. It was dragged out to the point it was boring. Then they rushed the league. Hoenn did the same but they were better about limiting fillers but still rushed the endings of the Grand Festival, League, and the end of the Aqua/Magma war.

Jouto was overall the worst saga. It did have it's good episodes, but most of them were ridiculously repetitive and not very interesting at all.

Way Past Cool!!
Johto because it dragged out and there were only a few that were good. I taped the whole series and I find myself watching the kanto, Orange Islands and Hoenn series over and over. The Johto ones are gathering dust. Though the movies were great.

Shame on you for making the poll so limited. It's not specific enough. If you want to know the truth, the worst season was Johto League Champions. But since your poll just shows Johto, I voted Orange Islands. Because Master Quest was pretty okay. Substandard, but it did have some highly memorable episodes. The Orange Islands only had the Drake battle to recommend it.
