Bullet Punch screws all of those Focus Sashed leads, and it deals very well with Ninjask leads.

Hydro Pump for coverage, and has great power with it's Base Power and Choice Specs.
24 HP EVs allows me to switch-in on Stealth Rock 4 times without dying,
52 Attack EVs allows me to 2HKO Standard Blissey,
252 Special Attack is obvious and the Speed EVs allows me to outrun

Zappy is my main Scizor revenge killer/counter.
Discharge has great chnces of Paralyze. Roost is for healing.
Heat wave allows me to deal with those Scizors and Forretresses, and Hidden
Power [Ice] allows me to hit Dragons.
252 HP gives me the Leftovers recovery and 188 Speed allows me to outrun Jolly Max Speed Lukes, Mences and 100s by 1-3 Speed points.

I have found that CBScizor is much better than LO SD one.
Scizor can hit Latias hard, he is my Latias revenge killer.
U-Turn and Bullet Punch for STAB, and can hit Latias very hard.
Pursuit for those Ghosts and switching pokes, and Superpower is obvious.
EVs allows me to outrun no Speed Cresselia and Suicune.

Vaporeon is my WishPasser and Heatran, Gyarados and Infernape counter.
Surf for STAB and for hitting Heatran and Fires etc., Hidden Power [Electric] to hit those Gyaradoses.
Wish and Protect gives me the WishPasser effect.
EVs have Max Defense Capabilities, and better 3HKOing rates vs those Pokes above.

Solid team overall, but you sport a weakness to offensive Electric-types such as Life Orb Zapdos and Jolteon. You could try switching something out for Tyranitar (Infernape, likely):

Stick with Tyranitar. Electivire isn't powerful enough or sturdy enough, and you can only get the Speed boost once in a battle vs. a decent opponent.

Max Hp coupled with 12 Defense Evs allows Metagross 100% survival rate against Adamant CB Dugtrio's Earthquake from full health, 232 Atk Evs are a jump point, and the 12 Speed EVs outspeed the SMogon standard Tyrantiar that run 80 EVs in Speed.



And in case I wasn't clear, that Zapdos only outspeeds Adamant Max Speed Salamences. Also you too should be careful to never Explode Metagross immediately as otherwise your Salamence and Tyranitar weaknesses become more severe with him gone. And as mentioned before, your Electric weakness is obvious, SpecsJolt can 6-0 sweep your team.

Seeing as your team really isn't all that offensive oriented to begin with you could go with Special Wall, since it is a counter to SpecsJolt, a STAB Thunderbolt and Super Effective HP Grass are only 5HKOs and a Signal beam is only a 4HKO with Choice Specs. It also provides an answer to taking status, since nothing here can really take Paralysis nor Sleep currently.

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Nature: Sassy (+SpD - Spe)
Ability: Sandstream
EVs: 236 HP/ 32 Atk/ 216 SpD/ 24 Spe
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Fire Blast
- Crunch

This set would probably help you out more, so Scizor, Breloom, Forretress, Lucario have a harder time switching in and being a pain for you.

It's a tough call, CBTyranitar is just the impulsive suggestion to make because of the offensive mindset of the metagame, but I feel that that Tyranitar will offer so much more for you.

Also as user noobies suggested, Yawn > HP Electric is very viable, especially with Protect so you can manage to sleep things like Jolteon, Zapdos and Magnezone in addition to the things Vaporeon counters such as Gyarados, other Vaporeon and Kingdra. It definitely is worth a quick trial run.
