Whismur

Is a shiny Whismur at a Rash nature with better-average ability and outstanding HP expectional to my team. Or instead a Hardy nature Bagon with flawless Attack, Sp.atk, Sp.def, outstanding speed.

Personally I would use the Bagon, but since its a shiny Wismur would be cool. Bagon is better though.

I would go with the shiny whismur since you could then have bragging rights. Besides, it is much rarer than a bagon.

Bagon will be tough to level up, but it's worth it when it evolves.Pick Bagon. Salamence is pretty tough, and a shiny Whismir is rare, but it's really up to you.

Having a strong dragon and flying type in the end is so worth it. so I would go with Bagon.

Just pick one since it won't really make a difference anyway. Bagon would be better though from what you described about each one.
