General purpose power hitter. looking to get rid of flamethrower asap... for now though, it makes sure my team isn't entirely walled by defenders. Head Smash destroys other fires. Flame Charge and Hammer Arm have awesome synergy in the fact that flame charge covers hammer arm's only weakness as a move. three or four flame charges, then sweep away merrily with hammer arm

Baton Pass and Toxic support. my team has some three fairly slow guys, and has problems with physical walls. poison them and baton pass some speed, and that problem is removed permanently. megahorn is obligatory stab so he isn't complete taunt bait.

Slash and False Swipe are basically filler, used solely to help catch pokemon. sword dance and dragon claw are solely the damaging move. this is especially dangerous when he is baton passed some speed.

Thunderbolt covers physical walls. Spark is the power move on this set. Thunder Wave to provide support because almost my whole team is slow.
Crunch is solely filler.

what do you guys think? any obvious holes I need to cover? any good teammates you'd recommend?

A very physical team, but special defense is wide open, with only Elecktross being a viable option to counter it.

I would find something that can rectify that, maybe put a psychic/ghost in there for balance (Gothitelle, Reuniclus,Beheeyem, Jellicent, Chandelure) so that you can cover extra weaknesses and boost special attacking power, plus it gives you more type coverage (right now a pokemon like Mamoswine can rip through almost the entire team, for example.)

That is my suggestion at least, throwing in a special attacker would balance things nicely.

Also, how defensive is Scolipede? Obviously with Agility it makes him quicker but will he be able to baton pass two uses of Agility and a use of Toxic before biting the dust? If not, I would think of a more physical attack set with him, maybe use Swords dance in there instead of baton pass and tear holes into Dark and Psychic types.

Firstly, items will help, even if it's the type boosters.

Brick Break or Earthquake give better coverage than Slash on Haxorus, letting you hit Steels. The latter is probably the better for most purposes, but the former is good for Grimsley and in double battles. False Swipe is a TM, so you can take it off for the Subway, E4, etc, and put it back on when you're capturing stuff.

With a physical Eelektross, how about Volt Switch over Thunderbolt, so you can do some decent damage to physically defensive Pokemon before switching out and bringing something else in.
