Who do I report these retards to?

Hello to whom ever is reading this post. I didn't see a specific place to report someone so I'll do it here.
I am very well enjoying my time on the forums...except fer two members who keep harrassing me about a simple mistake. First it all began with TEAM METEOR ADMIN. He posted his team in someone else's team rate thread and me and someone else (i forgot the name....it may have been Chaos) said that he sharked his team. Instead of calmly posting and saying "i didn't shark, this is how i got my team" he began sending me PMs about them which I will paste in this thread.

Citadark Isle is in Pokemon XD: Gale Of Darkness. Overheat matches Ho-oh's type, so I ain't changing it. And my Blastoise knows Hydro Cannon because it's the most powerful move it can learn that matches it's type. Rain dance basically wasted his turn while he still knew it. And as for Jirachi, my bestest buddy has the Colosseum bonus disc, and he traded me that jirachi at Lv. 60 for a shiny smeargle. So HA!!

This one wasn't so bad....but that "So HA!!" part at the end was not needed

About that thunder and rain dance theory, instead of having 100 percent accuracy, i think during rain it can't be evaded. Unless the enemy uses dig, dive, or possibly bounce. But my Blastoise basically always makes its target faint when Hydro cannon hits. And I know about that 1 turn delay afterwards, I'm not stupid! My level 100 Slaking gets 1 of those every time he moves due to his ability. And about my Ho-oh, two words...white, herb. I have plenty of those, believe me. I only have sacred ash attached because its one of the most exclusive pokemon items there eva was! It's practically rarer than a light ball, and possibly a lucky egg!! It took me a long time to get my level 100's, and the last thing i need is some insignificant person who probably doesn't have a single level 100 to descriminate me when I'm trying to shine under the spotlight of glory. The only time I might ever use a game shark is to get celebi, it's basically impossible to get one without a gameshark. And that's for DATA PURPOSES ONLY!!!!

This was just plain rude....he went out of his way to be that mean. Not only that, but he sent this same message to me a second time LITERALLY 2 minutes apart from the first on.

Alright, that settles it! You have crossed the line this time! My ho-oh could probably beat your entire team all by itself you are such a wimp. Even if it used overheat 3 times with no white herb at all! And I actually train my pokemon to level 100, instead of rare candy training them with a cheating device. And by the way, IM A JEW IN CASE YOU GIVE A CARE ABOUT RELIGION!!! I bet you didn't get a single level 100 the fair way! I got a level 100 mewtwo, blastoise, mr. mime, tyranitar, sceptile, blaziken, swampert, jirachi, lugia, ho-oh, dragonite, salamence, rayquaza, slowking, and my slaking all without a single AR code! Face it, you are hollower than a Shedinja! Sharkers are unskilled, weakminded, and they show no innerstrength whatsoever. You should face the fact that there are better people than you!! By the way, my first chansey was also holding a lucky egg in my FR. But I traded the chansey for a kangaskan. And now lets' see your team. Happy Channukah, you little racist!

Brute Root (me):I know how to get Jirachi, I have him b/c i got the bonus disc. Overheat..NAW DERH! I KNOW IT'S A FIRE TYPE MOVE! but it has a VERY nasty side effect, everytime you use it, it lowers your own SP. ATCK. And since fire attack run off SP ATCK, so then OverHeat gets weaker everytime you use it. Plus, you have Sacred Fire which is aslo a fire type move (just incase ya didnt know that) and it is more effective that Overheat. Overheat is only good for one-two uses. Hydro Cannon also has a Very nasty side effect (just ta let ya know, any idiot who hears "Hydro Cannon" even just the prefix knows its a water type move). Just like Frenzy Plant and Blast Burn, after use, it sacrifices a turn, therefore, while your pokemon is imobilized, someone can attack and defeat it. And Rain Dance doesn't waste a turn,(not that you know what it does or anything so I'll tell you). Rain Dance summons rain in battle to power up water type moves for 5 turns, not only does it power up water moves, but it weakens fire type moves, and also hinders some recovery moves like Synthesis, Morning Sun, and Moon Light. Also, I've heard that if you use Thunder with Rain Dance, it'll give 100% accuracy...I'm still testing that. So Rain Dance isn't a wasted move. Although, having a Pokemon that knows too many similar moves..THAT'S a wasted attack. Who cares how powerful Hydro Cannon and Overheat are, they hinder the Pokemon that use them. Someone once told me (I believe it was Chaos) It's not how powerfull or how many times the move can be used that matters, what matters is the effectiveness of the move. And your tone of voice in the message was very rude. There was no need for that "SO HA!" at the end. Andn before you say " I didn't mean for it to sound rude or mean" It doesn't matter how you say it, it matters how ppl interpret it. Another thing, don't ask for advice if your not going to use it. Ya take up forum space that way. Even in my team rate thing, I said i wasn't going to change anything, but after thinking about the advice ppl gave me, I changed up my team a bit and it's working quite well. So use the advice your given, we didnt post it just to get Carpal Tunnel in our fingers.

And about you "tons of white herbs" Ho-Oh can only hold one at a time, which means if he uses overheat he can only recover his SP ATK once, that is unless you waste a turn in battle to use another. And "IM not stupid!" I know about Slacking. I know how to use it's ability in battle really well. Light Balls arent that rare, and on Leaf Green, the first time I caught a Chansey it was holding a Lucky Egg. I know how rare the items are. And the last thing I need is some insignificant, pompous, self-absorbed piece of trash not even fit to be a gum wrapper stuck on the bottom of my shoe, to be actin' all high and mighty. You aren't the best trainer in the world, you haven't even considered the fact that there just maybe someone better than you. Theoretically, the only fair way to get Celebi is only in Japan. There was no need to for you to start this fight, First, you should have made you own thread and posted your team in it, then when we accused you of sharking, all you had to do was CALMLY reply by saying "I didn't shark, this is how I got my team". It takes a really weak person to get so mad about a simple mistake. It is still nice to know, however, that there are plenty of rude ppl like you still left in the world, it takes the burden off my shoulders. And FYI, I do have Pokemon lvl 100. You just need to cool off and vent your anger somewhere other than the forums. Merry Christmas, Jerk!

Me stop annoying him? HA! thats a laugh, he's the one who started this whole arguement. All he had to do was CALMLY tell me that he didn't shark his pokemon. Instead, he decidied to blow up over it.
