Who do you think will be the next main character to leave the group and y?

i think Max or Brock will leave beacuse Max might want 2 attend pokemon school or get some gym training from his dad and Brock might stay w/ his family or flll in love.

Brock or Max are the most likely candidates. I'm leaning toward Brock though, because the writers have purposely ignored him for the 170+ episodes of AG. With Ash as experienced as he is, and the vast improvement of May, I don't know how much longer he'll have a purpose on the team.

I'm sure Brock can leave them a cookbook or something so they can survive in the wilderness.

ignoring the net speak I'm going to say Brock is most likely to leave despite being so funny. If Max left and Brock stayed we'd need someone to drag Brock away from girls

Brock just has the tendency to leave the group and the writers might take out Max (God hoping) since he really isn't much of an improvement around.

How much longer he'll have a purpose? He already doesn't have one.

Also, May's improving skills aren't really a factor in Brock's relevance to the show, since it was Ash, not Brock, who served as her mentor.

Well Brock and Max are both quite limited in their affect but I find Brock the much more interesting character. So if it came own to the boil I hope he stays.

Um... and if no one leaves and the D/P characters are both featured as major recurrent characters/featured in a Special/not featured at all (Yhallothar FR/LG Girl!)? After all, no GSC character made it into the main cast in Johto. :eek:

But if someone IS kicked out, I'd say it'll be Brock, unless the survivability of the rest drops down a huge hunch. In that case, I see Max leaving. Or May, if there were to be no Contests in the new Region, which is unlikely.

Either Max will be dropped, or Brock will leave and the new character will have the seemingly vital ability of cooking. :D

I think that Brock will be the next character to leave the show. While I hope with all my heart it's going to be May, I still think it's going to be Brock. He hasn't really done anything since Kanto (with the exception of an episode or two), so he'll be the most likely to leave. Besides, he hardly ever cooks for them any more. All they need is another character that can cook (hopefully Misty) and they'll be good to go.

They used Ash, May, Max and Brock for all of AG (Hoenn and Battle Frontier), come D/P land, there *should* be at least one cast change.

If Brock leaves, I'm not watching the show anymore. **** it.

May and Max already ruin the show, plus Misty leaving. If Ash is the only original left, the show will get one less viewer. Period.

In that sense, I hope Max and May get hit by a bus and die instantly. Contests suck ***, and Max's voice is annoying. Get him a pokemon or something else to annoy.

With your attitude I'm sure the writers couldn't care less if you stop watching. The original cast is being dropped because they're all losing their character as time goes on.

We may eventually reach the point where Ash is the only Kanto character still on the show.

I think that Brock was just there throughout Hoenn in order to bide some time for Max to become old enough or experienced enough to get his own Pokemon and become the third trainer of the group. So it's likely that on the way to the new region Max picks up his Ralts and Brock leaves them (either to go home, with a new love or to focus on his breeding).

:/ That would suck. If they're going to do that, they might as well ditch Ash and start fresh with an entirely new cast.

They will not completely remove Brock, perhaps just a short leave. He has been around since Ash walked into Pewter City, and really, they are not going to completely alter the characters.

They will not remove May. Too many people like her. No further explanation necessary.

Max--is with May, yet, they may kick him out eventually, but they would replace him, because he holds the PokeNav, so Max would be the most logical choice.
