Who here has mario and luigi partners in time?

I think it was a great sequel to superstar saga, the bosses are good and the music is great, the graphics are awsome and overall the game is cool, i give it a 8.5/10, its fairly challenging, it took me 2 weeks to beat. If you are planning on getting the game you have good taste.

Also they didnt have a picture of Princess Shroob's elder sister on the net, i guess they thought it was to scary, i did a scratch of it but im not putting it here cause some people might not want it to either scare them half to death or spoil the ending

if you do want to see it pm me and ill send it to u

also if you played superstar saga you'll notice that somethings are the same and others arent but i mean compared to superstar saga :

this is partners in time;
the game is alround harder
the graphics are the same
it less adventure
the music is better
there are more enemies
and its harder to level up

also Fawful makes an apearance in this game; he's running a bean 'n badge shop

Thank you, SPPf! :)
I want a transcript of Luigi talking to the Star Gate.

Meh, I enjoyed his game, but not even half as much as I did with SS. Your freedom is too limited, bros items aren't as good as bros attacks were, characters didn't have as many expressions and actions as they did in SS... I could go on and on, but I don't want to do it now.

The graphics aren't the same, they're better. Also, I agree with Pokemaniaco. Superstar Saga is much better than Partners in Time. It's far too linear.

I liked PiT's use of an on-screen map, but I wish it could show you where in the room you actually are.

PiT seemed too short compared to SS, and there was a lack of unigue characters. Character-wise, the babies and Stuffwell redeamed my opinion on this game.

The graphics in PiT seemed "softer" than those in SS. Although, I have been playing SS more than PiT.

I have the game and beat it and the second elder shroob boss battle has great music.
Heck yes. I was begging rippers for the mp3 immediately after I heard it. In addition, that was one of the best overall fights in any Mario game ever.

I played Partners in Time and quit after getting the last ability. There were like 8 different moves to do, too annoying.

I actually like Partners in Time because I can actually go anywhere without looking at a guide. I need to go back and finish it though.

i dont really have an opinion on which is better but they are both great, but i think PiT is really creepy, i said i wasnt going to do this but this is the elder princess shroob, it took me an hour to make cause i couldnt find sprites anywhere:

i liked the battle music from the second elder princess shroob but for a final boss you have to admit the music was kind of too calm

That actually looks pretty accurate.

or spoil the ending
By saying "Princess Shroob's elder sister" I think you kinda already spoiled the ending. Moreso than any picture would ever do >_>

Superstar Sega was much better. This one needed some work, and a decent overworld. Also side-quests, what SS had. SS ftw.

PiT was a good game, but a poor sequel.

I played it and enjoyed it, though I did finish it quite quickly and it has no replay value. I hadn't played SS though, my friend tells me it was much better.

It is. It has almost everything PiT has, but more. A castle, a town, an overworld, a mountain that grows when bad jokes are made, and more. Also Chackletta is the best villian. Also a tad more difficult.

I agree with you that Superstar Saga was better. I enjoyed this game, though I wish it had some side-quests.

Yes I own the game. I decides to ask for it as a birthday present after hearing good things about Superstar Saga, and this sequel looked promising. So far, it's been a decent game. I say so far because I still haven't bothered to beat it. :p
