Oshawott might be an annoying Pokemon that steals spotlight and is afraid of taller or whatever Pokemon, but he does fight well. And so does Tepig, and Snivy etc. All of them fight well. But it's a matter of different points of view, you see Tepig being stronger, I see Oshawott. You created this thread, you should clearly expect to see different opinions and points of view.
