In the original intro of the anime, toward the end Pikachu jumps between the legs of a girl. Who is this girl? Did she ever appear in an episode?

She is a girl wearing a miniskirt. In the original opening lyrics he mentions a girl in a miniskirt. She will always be lost to the sands of time from now on.
