There's been much disscussion about this when Symphonic Medley first became the new opening for the rest of Houen.

It's Myuutwo. He's been shown wearing a cape and roaming rooftops in the end of Myuutwo! I Exist Here! and the Jiraachi "World of Pokemon" opening. Plus, Symphonic Medley showcased every Pokemon. It has to be Myuutwo.

The hell they show a filler character in the opening, non the less a filler character that has yet to be seen or created at that time in Houen.
