Who is the best regi? Who looks cooler/who is more powerful/who is most popular out of the three regis? (not including regigagas)

Regice is the best. It can both attack and defend very well. Regirock could, too, but it has too many weaknesses.

Don't you guys get it? Registeel is the coolest and has a type advantage between the two. Registeel is the strongest.

Regice by far. Registeel looks very cool but just doesn't do as well as Regice in battling. Regirock also looks cool but has trouble with too many common moves such as Earthquake. Plus the only thing Regice really fears is Meteor Mash and strong fire attacks.
