oh, sorry about that, I checked everything but I forgot about the most important, the name.
I think the smartest is metagross, because I like it, and control 4 brains at the same time, isn´t for any pokemon.

But out of what you listed, I would say Mewtwo, Alakazam, and Metagross.

Mewtwo can talk and build huge labs and stuff. At least in the anime. ;150;

Slowking. It's not the smartest at first, but everytime it yawns, the Shellder injects more toxins, and makes it smarter. Given the amount of time in its long lifetime that it could yawn, Slowking would definitely be smarter.

Mewtwo and Alakazam are already smart, though, so second place to the two of them.

Yes but it says that alakazam is much smarter than a human, something says something like that in a sentence, also because it has like 5000 IQ, that would make someone like einstein look like a retard(I don't mean to insult people by that comment though)

Well, no offense, but every Pokémon can. They obey our attack orders, don't they?
Then again, I guess that means they could actually listen in on a conversation and understand what was going on. I suppose most Pokémon can just know the name of their attack in the back of their mind. It's an interesting concept, IMO.

That is a very logical statement. But with the intelligence of Alakazam and Metagross, they would be learn at a fast rate as well. But one thing for sure.

Just wanted to say, Xatu could be considered the smartest as well. Excluding my big bias toward itD, so of course I'm defending it! <3 Xatu), it has the power to learn from the past mistakes of Pokémon and humans alike, and it can see what is to come in the future and avoid it if it's bad. Neither Slowking, Metagross, Alakazam, or Mewtwo have that priviledge.

Uh you missed out Dragonite which IMO is the smartest pokemon of all.If not dragonite then I'd say slowking.

Alakazam gets my vote, yet Mewtwo deserves kudos. Alakazam has an IQ of 5000, but why can't it speak human tongues? Mewtwo can, on the other hand, but it's too lethal and too deadly to be controlled.
