Who is the Strongest Pokemon

Some people say that Deoxys is the strongest Pokemon , others say Rayquaza , and some say Mewtwo is but who is the strongest of all pokemon?
I think its Mewtwo , he isn't a superclone to be weak , and he is my personal favourite of the 3

No Legendaries, not even proper Pokemon in my opinion. Metagross in my opinion.

I agree with you, it depends of 'n' factors... besides, there is 400+ Pokémon, and thousands of training methods, movepool combinations, etc,etc.

I agree with that, too. There can't be a strongest Pokemon. Each Pokemon is weak against another. Mewtwo, Deoxys, Metagross, etc. are weak against Fire-Type and Dark-Type Moves, even though they are considered the "Strongest Pokemon."

The strongest pokemon depends on trainer and pokemon. If the trainer can raise whatever pokemon to be stronger than Mewtwo or any legendary, then any pokemon could be the strongest. So really there is no definite "strongest pokemon".

I think Metagross is the strongest pokemon. Its Meteor Mash packs a real punch. I remember when my Metagross was at LV. 75 against my cousin's LV. 100 Gengar. I Meteor Mash and it brought Gengar down to 1 HP. Now THAT'S power.

I agree, each pokemon has their weaknesses. *kisses Pikachu with 400 Special Attack stat with Light Ball*

There isn't any 'strongest' PKMN IMO. They are all strong in their own way. Yes, even Caterpie. :p

I think the strongest Pokemon is Wobbuffet since he can always seem to kill at least one Pokemon if you use him.

Groudon is the strongest pokemon. Fact, accept it or not. =/

EDIT: Forgot to mention that Lugia, Mewtwo and Wobbuffett are also very close as well.

Jirachi is sad to say, I looked in a pkmn book I have with a complete index of all pokemon except D/P and all Jirachi's stats are at 100. [It wont go higher, they are talking about a scale from 33 to 100.]

About the book, are you talking about Prima? They aren't always right... And 100 in each stat isn't as good as Groudon...
