Vs Blaine's Magmar -> Vs Clair's Dragonair -> Vs Gary's Scizor/Golem/Blastoise -> Vs Articuno ->Vs Brandon's Regice -> Vs Reshiram

Charizard was Ash's biggest powerhouse from OS,got a huge headstart from the rest of Ash's pokemon by going through special training atHyperbolic Time Chamber Charicific Valley.
Each time it came back it got stronger and learned moves.It didn't return in DP so by the time it comes back towards the tail end of BW it should be twice as strong as it was from the AG series.
So what Peakachu did at the end of the Sinnoh and Kalos Leagues Charizard could do just as well if not better.Giving it a GMAX would place it back on top where it belongs and never should've changed.

Base Peakachu stronger than Ash's Charizard and Tobias Darkrai, with 10 million volt thunderbolt he is stronger than Alain Mega Charizard x, mega Lucario don't have feat anywhere close to those four even if you remove mega evolution and Pikashunium z

Stronger at what? Question isn't clear. Like, one of the options is even an attack rather than a Pokémon. Also, whoever the writers feel like at the moment.

Infernape needed Blaze to be considered stronger than Charizard
Greninja needed Battle Bond to be considered stronger than Charizard
Pikachu needed Items to be considered stronger than Charizard
Charizard didn't rely on any of these gimmicks to pull off the feats it did
If people are going to disregard Heracross and Gible giving damage to Darkrai and giving all the credit to Sceptile defeating it then Charizard can do the same thing based on it's progression in the series and also having a special bond with Ash.Charizard is tying or defeating that Latios.At the Unova League it's easily going through that Lucario.It can go through half of Alain's team.
