Hands down, Cyndaquil. Ever since I started out with Red version I've picked the fire starter.

I picked a water starter, I was going to pick the fire starter but, I figured I could just trade Typhlosion over from Platinum later on along with Meganium. Feraligatr is the only pokemon missing from the puzzle. To be honest I like Cyndaquil out of all three of them though.
