I will list each Character based by how many Arcs they've been in out of; RBG, Yellow, GSC, RS(E?), FrLg, BF and DP

Red: 5 Arcs (Wasn't in RSE, and in DP he has yet to be confirmed to be in it or not.)
Green (Boy): 5 (Same as Red.)
Blue: 5 (Same as Red and Green)
Yellow: 5 (She's been in the RBG arc, but only for a very few chapters.)
Gold: 2 (Only been in GSC and BF)
Silver: 3 (GSC, FrLg and BF)
Crystal: 2 (Same as Gold)
Ruby: 2 (RSE and BF)
Sapphire: 2 (Same as Ruby)
Emerald: 1 (BF)
Diamond: 1 (DP)
Pearl: 1 (Same as Diamond)
Berlitz: 1 (Same as Diamond and Pearl)

My favorite Pokemon Special character has to be Yellow. She's so strong and, well, she's a crossdresser too. <3

Blue, Green and Silver are awesome in my book too. ;D
