Just the fact that you mentioned Dunsparce means that it's not forgotten. It's notorious for being largely ignored in the pokemon series, so that makes it relatively unforgettable.

The pokemon that I hear about the least is Mothim.

I would agree that Wormadam/Mothim are forgotten, not to mention Stantler, Clamperl, and a couple of others I'm forgetting right now.
