Why am l never permabanned?

There has been some permabans. A few months ago some jerks came in and started spamming. I'm sure that they were permabanned.

Think what you wanna think but l don't want attention and l never asked for a permaban l was just curious if Serebii ever gave a way permabans.

^ Serebii doesn't give permabans the smods and admins do. Heck, serebii barely ever closes threads when there's spamming in it and he posted in it.

BTW, my brother crobatconey, was permabanned because he made multiple accounts and he was spamming
