Why can't I get any Tm's?

I've been fighting at various Colosseums trying to get a Toxic and Sludge bomb TM (in case you're wondering, the Toxic Tm is for my Heracross and the Sludge bomb TM is for my Qwilfish). can anyone answer why I can't get any more TM's?

P.S. I can't get to challenge 1 at Pyrite Colosseum. I need to win that challenge to get a toxic tm, according to the guide...

In XD, Sludge Bomb is only available at the Orre Colosseum. I think Toxic might be the same.

EDIT: Yes, you win Toxic from Lovrina in round 1.

You can only get each TM once in the Colosseums, unless you're trading Poke Coupons in for the TMs available at Mt. Battle. If you fight again in the Colosseums after getting the TMs, you'll just get a cash prize.

There are TMs in Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD Gale of Darkness but there aren't all of them in there. The ones that you can get inside the colosseums I think that you can only get once. I wish that you can get them multiple times, though, because if that was true, then everybody's team would rock and we wouldn't have to worry about starting a new game and trading over things so much.
