Why Do You Guys Like Shinies

Anyway I was wondering why you guys like shinies, I personally like them because of there colour palettes and chime. Discuss

Well, some, like Rayquaza, Metagross etc. are just prettier than the normal. But other than that, I prefer using the normal ones

I just like the idea of finding a rare pokemon. It makes you feel amazing, especially when you show them to friends.

I just think it's nice seeing a palette swap. It gets boring to seeing the exact same thing all the time, over and over.

Generally for the rareness factor, but there are a few i genuinely prefer.
Lanturn, ampharos, and flygon are a few.
