Why does everyone like Milotic???

But not everyone likes Milotic. Some people actually think it's ugly.
I, myself, love Milotic. Why? It's a sea serpent, it looks stunning (in my OPINION >_>), and is an excellent battler.

Well, Milotic is apparently the most beautiful Pokemon in existance. Plus, it is good in battles, and it has an interesting way of evolution.

People like I guess jsut because its tough to get. Its pre-evo is harder than the fountain of youth to find, and plus to evolve it takes alot of work. You put alot of time into something like that and you turn out to enjoy it lol....

I like milotic just because the fire is hot!
serious now, Milotic is one excelent battler, with the abbility it can work better as a tank than suicunes, if it has weakness to opponent it can mirror coat them, if the HP is low, just recover while the opponent is asleep due to hypnosis. it´s a (good) fexible pokémon.
also milotic was a interesting idea, better than any other snake shaped pokémon.

there's several reasons why I like it
first of is the challenge of getting it, Feebas is notorious for it's elusiveness, being only found on six tiles in a very big area, and these tiles keep changing. So you'll have to search an extremely long time to have an oppurtunity to catch it, rather then finding on in five minutes like other pokemon.
Then there's the challenge of getting it to evolve, it makes the player learn about an entirely new feature that otherwise wouldn't be touched at all in normal play, as well as the patenice of growing the berries required for making appropriate pokeblock.
after that hard work, all you need to do is raise it one level and voila, a Milotic, which not only looks beautiful, but is also an excellent battler with it's high defenses and HP, plus an ability that raises it defense when under a status effect. It's also able to learn useful moves like Recover (a must with defenses and HP that high) After that hard work, you end up with a pokemon that your opponent would find extremely hard to take down.
actually, I think the holes on the sides of it's neck are it's gills...

I like Milotic because he is rare, beautiful and very strong. if it was slightly stronger it would be uber. Milotic is not the E4's strongest Pokemon for no reason.

There are two Pokémon I cannot fathom people liking: Walrein and Milotic. I won't get into Walrein, he's just hideous, after all, but I suppose Milotic adoration comes from the fact people are so fiercely in denial that they got through such a tough time catching the crazy-elusive Feebas, and then having to do that over and over a few times because they kept messing up with the berries, and then actually.. getting Milotic.
At that point, deep inside, they are freaking furious and want to stab someone, but somehow, a smile creeps onto their face, and they proclaim adoration of Milotic.
Nah. But really, I don't like it. I sort of kind only now see it in this past year or so, but I dunno~

Sure it's not an ugly Pokemon, but if you're proclamed as the most beautiful Pokemon in existance, you better be drop-dead gorgeous.
I think one the main reasons why I hate it is because it wants to be beautiful and elusive, and when someone wants me to say something, I usually say the opposite just to bug them. Because of this, I've grown to dislike Milotic sheerly because it's the most pretentious Pokemon to grace the GameBoy Screen.

It is a good annoyer with Toxic, it can get Recover, has a good Stab on Surf and can also Get Hypnosis (Over Toxic of course), and Ice beam never goes a miss.
It is a good Pokemon, but I hate it!
