Why doesn't my Mew obey me?

its only lvl 25, and i have 5 badges, i mean i don't understand why it never has done the move i told it too, frequently its goes to sleep, or "loafs", or "pretends not to notice" am i doing something wrong?;009;

When you use a Cheating Device to get Mew/Deoxys, they don't obey you. I've tried it. Nintendo is on to us.

Any pokemon obtained by a cheating device will not obey you if you can catch it in the game. Celebi is the only legendary used this way.

it will only obey u if u teleported to the island and caught it.
