i beat southern cave and buried relic and bought northern island(or whatever) and the mission for latios and latias has not started i got a pokemon with the move surf.my friend said you need to recruit kyroge and he said you might want to have surf in your toolbox.i done 30 missions(i counted when i knew the event didnt start)

You need to do Pitfall Valley, Southern cavern has nothing to do with the Storyline.

I think you have to buy friend areas where it is by there.

i unlocked them and i got latios and latias to join!!!
