    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure.

I don't know what it says but it also happened to me. In some quests, you are not allowed to go to the dungeon unless you have total 3 or less pokemon. Ask one of the pokemon to leave and then you can enter.
