Why put altering cave?

Why would they put altering cave in if you can catch those pokemon in the safari zone's new area?...WAIT!! I know what you're gonna say....you don't have to use the safari balls right?

You don't..... from what i understand and what everyone else has been saying... there is no current way to change the pokemon there nor has there really been a way actually designed to change it.

Please read the stickies before asking a question, Altering Cave and Wonderspots are explained fully in the Emerald sticky, here:

At this time there have been no Wonderspots released to change Altering Cave Pokemon, so you'll have to get them from the Emerald Safari Zone or Colosseum/XD.
