I dot have MKDS yet or ACWW,
but Im getting them next week.
I got nothing yet, just a DS.

Do I need to buy anything to race people on MKDS or visit people on ACWW?

You need a wireless router or a Nintendo Wifi USB Connector. I suggest a router, but make sure its compatble by checking http://www.nintendowifi.com. For AC:WW, you need friend codes and you need to have people add you so you can visit people.

You HAVE to have a Router OR you can get a Nintendo USB Wi-Fi Adaptor to play against people on MKDS AND visit people on AC:WW. But for AC:WW you ALSO have to have friend codes, names and town names.

Check your local computer and electrical stores, any super stores like Argos should also carry some. Actually in Argos I remember seeing a USB wi-fi stick very similar to the official Nintendo one, I bet that works just the same. Check the compatibility list first though.

Yeah, you need a router for ALL WiFi related activities in MKDS and ACWW, whether it means being challenged, being visited, challenging others or visiting others, you need a router for all that!

here is what i do ( and i live in the uk) we went to pc world to get a wireless router( around £90, but we got it for like other things , for instance my grandma lives 3 doors down, so she uses it aswell) , i set it up, and set up my connection on mkds, then started playing!
