It sems pretty balanced, but you have 3 Ground-types. However, they all have an edge when battling different Pokemon types. Which is good if you have to use Sandstorm for your battles since Gardevoir is the only one to be affected by damage during the weather affect.

Gardevoir -> Psychic/Thunderbolt/Magical Leaf/Calm Mind
Flygon -> Earthquake/Dragon Claw/Dragonbreath/Fire Blast/Crunch
Aggron -> Earthquake/Rockslide/Iron Tail/Double-Edge
Camerupt -> Earthquake/Rockslide/Fire Blast/Overheat/Double-Edge
Cacturne -> Sandstorm/Needle Arm/Leech Seed/Faint Attack/Thunderpunch
