Wich useless pokemon you want to see eevo and improve?

For me i want to see a evo-Unknown,evo-smeargle,evo-Spinda,another evo-magikarp that would be a true dragon type instead of the Gyrados taht usualy faints when attacked by elect-types.come on water-fly type who ever thought of that was kinda retarded{not to metion a evo-mantine would be awsome he to is vunerable to elect-type attacks and the best thing it has is hydropump and water absorbor swift swim and some of its stats suckbig time except sp-defense!].
