wierd call

i was playing emerald when i got a call telling me that i was strong and i had good potenial and told me how good i was. but the guy didn't tell me his name! i think it was scott. has this happened to anyone else?

happened to me...

I was just kinda walking along and I got a message... I was like aah this feature is stupid I hate it... then after pressing A a bunch of times I wondered why the message was so long... I kinda started reading the last part and they didn't say who they were...

I think it is either scott or your dad

Yes that is scot its like Eugine in Pokemon XD annoys you.. After you beat the E4 he should tell you to come to the batle frontire or something allong the lines of that. Might be wrong though

Hmm... That's happened to me before, I've gotten a phone call in which nobody tells me their name, but I have beaten the Elite Four, so I don't think it would be Scott...

i've never gotten a call like that and i've beaten the E4. but when someone calls me i just see whos calling and if its no one important I scoll thru it and don't read it.

I happened to me. I only have one symbol in the Frontier though. I was also in Kanto EV training a Starmie. o-o;

Its just a random person that calls you at random times. Theres been a descusion about this long long long time ago at it was said that the person never tells you his/her name and calls you at rare times so you'll encounter this more.

After you beat the Elite 4 the Fan Club people become your fans.

It could be one of them.

What I don't understand it if Scott is 'out of range' then how come people call you when you're in BF.

I've never gotten a call like that, usually I only get calls when I turn on the Gameboy and the time on the Gameboy is at a 5 muinite mark (in other words, the muinite hand is pointing at one of the numbers.)
