title explains all. Mine is SSBM being changed to T ,wha??:(

Because E10 did not exist back then. Was not an E, so they had to go above it.

FFCC: What the heck was wrong with it. Even Zelda was more violent.

I don't mean to sound like I want nothing but cursing in my video games, but I do kinda wish that Nintendo of America would take at least a few liberties with the language for games that are getting a T-rating over here anyway (well... they've been doing pretty good so far, and said games still manage to seem very mature without the language, but still, people could probably give them less crap about this "kiddy image" if they did). And on a similar note, why the hell do some T-rated games edit out tobacco from the Japanese release (ex. La Pucelle Tactics, Skies of Arcadia)? What, are there still some people left on the planet unaware of smoking and its hazards (which I find a bit hard to believe given how friggin numerous all these public warnings are)?

Golden Egg

Pokémon Breeder
Majora's Mask for the N64 had a rating of 11 years +, but when it was rereleased on the Collectors Edition for the GC it had 7 years +.

Zaq

Cardboard Box
GTA: SA getting an AO rating, just for a sex-game which was only accessible with a cheating device. If it was accessible in the game without the purchase of a cheating device, I might've understood it.

Twilight of Aquarius
Shadow the Hedgehog with an E10+, especially after Shadow telling Dr. Eggman "I'm going to send you straight to hell!"

Hey! Listen!
SSBM. The violence wasn't that intense, you don't even kill people, they just fall off the stage, and there was no cursing. And waht's up with that new E10 anyway.

I think Shadow the Hedgehog should be rated T. It has tons of guns, violence that I wouldn't call mild, and, "DAMN! DAMN IT! DAMN! NOT HERE! DAMN!", all over it. But, though the way I said it sounds like I'm against the game, I love it.

Also, Super Smash Bros. Melee should be E10.

I have a PC game called "Impossible Creatures" where you create armies of combined animals to go attack other armies and destroy things. There is no blood, only mild violence, and though people die, it's never violent. The only thing that makes it rated T is the fact that a couple times in cut-scenes someone says "damn" or "crap". If they give Shadow an E10 for tons of "damns", then this shold definatelty be an E10.

Ditto.

ESRB should've included Language also. WTF got them to rate Shadow E10+, the fact that it's a cartoon? I thought they cared about thos ****ing stupid kids imitating violence from games and because of them, my state is starting to add some video game laws. SOMEBODY SUE THEM BEFORE THINGS GET WORSE!!
