Wii to be released early October?

Aussie-Nintendo.com have this article saying that the Wii could be released world wide by the first half of October. I doubt this and still think it will be November but who knows.

I think so too because they said something about the release date being hidden in the text. Here's what I think:

1st: Wii = v, v, i, i

2nd: v + v = 10

3rd: i + i = 2

So the release date may be October 2nd. I'm not sure if that's what they mean though.

I don't believe this source is reliable.

Plus, the Wii hasn't even been released in Japan yet, correct me if I'm wrong.

From what we already know, I reckon the earliest that we would get the Wii is November.

It is meant to be a world release like Harry Potter where the world get it all at the same time. Australia already have Wii's at Nintendo Australia's base. They are testing them and games like Super Mario Galaxy.

Aussie-Nintendo is the official Australian site for Nintendo...but they are pulling your leg. The Wii wont be released till sometime in November, and it will be revealed in September when that is.

Aussie Nintendo is NOT the official site. www.nintendo.com.au is. Idiot.

And everyone already knows Wii is being released on November. That website is the biggest load of sh*tty guess work on the net.

They always test Consoles in different countries all over the world to test the different formats, they also gotta test the games in PAL format too.

Because process takes months and I know that this has no evidence to support it but that nerdy kid I told you about said He got to see them test Super Mario Galaxy. I remember with the DS, Nintendo had it around 4 months before also.

I am being optamistic by saying there is a chance we can get it in October. I know the time frame said November since I pre-ordered one already and they said it will be released in November. But since there is no official release date we may get it earlier.

Well, I believe that's the correct US release date. Take a look at ths:

* October 9: Clubhouse Games
* October 16: Nintendogs: Dalmatian and Friends
* October 23: Magical Starsign
* October 30: Pokémon Ranger, Children of Mana
* November 6: Elite Beat Agents
* November 13: Yoshi's Island 2
* December 4: Custom Robo Arena, Kirby Squeak Squad

Assuming Nintendo doesn't go silly and release Wii on the same date as a DS game, that leaves October 2, November 20 and 27. And assuming they wanna release it before PS3, that leaves...?

October 2. Bingo.

Plus, IGN DS UK and Amazon.co.uk are pointing toward a Wii release in Europe of 24 November (That's what they've listed Metroid Prime 3, Zelda and a host of other games as).
