Wild World Turnip Prices

I figured this would be a pretty good idea since an assload of money can be made from turnip sales. Just post if you have a decent buying price on turnips. Decent is basically 100+. Don't post anything less.

Right now my Nook is buying at 372, so if anyone wants to sell I'll add you to my friend's list and open the gates.

Powerage, sorry to burst your bubble but Nook doesn't keep that price. >_> Like Joan, their prices vary from day to day and time to time. One moment Nook was paying me 201 for turnips, the next it was 37 while Joan sold them for 184 instead of 99 when I first saw her.

Sunday mornings only and they do spoil after a week, so you can't just hang on to them forever waiting for a good deal, which is why I think this topic is a good plan, as long as people are quick on the uptake when they see a good deal. I'm being offered like 50 Bells today, but my turnips spoiled anyway when I was doing a little time traveling

Tip: Invest in Red Turnips. A LOT of Red Turnips. The most I got for mine earlier this week was 16,000 bells per turnip. 8D

I realize they vary from Day to Day, I've been playing Animal Crossing for ages. The point of this thread is to check to see who's got a really good price at Nook's. That way they can allow us to enter their town and sell our turnips at that price.

Eh. I bought a bunch of turnips for 102 and had to sell them for 56 or something. For that whole week he gave prices such as 70 and they kept declining.

Are red turnips as risky as they sound? How do you take care of them?

I bought 40 for 98 bells each and had to settle to sell them for 89 each <.<

Do what Eternal said. Invest in Red Turnips. Joan only had one, but the end result got me 16k bells. One thousand more than a Stringfish or Coelacanth and not rare. Just be sure to water them everyday. To pull 'em out, you gotta dig 'em out. I say water them for a week.
