Will Max go back for Ralts?

Do you think Max, when he becomes a trainer, will go back for that Ralts or was everything he said to it just a box of lies?


I'm of two minds on the subject.
1) If he stays as a regular, then no
2) If he has cameos (they don't have to show him going back for it), then yes.

...although Swellow is cooler in the Japanese version than the dub.

Well maybe after the last episode of pokemon they"ll show ash grown-up with all his pokemon icnluding pidgeot and max(grown-up) they"ll show him with a gardevoir

Yes, Pidgeot, who showed absolutely no personality and was supposebly very close with Ash despite the two of them never bonding, Pidgeot nearly never being used in battle, and left behind in a random forest which Ash swore he would return to but never has in the many chances he's had; is much cooler than Swellow who actually has a personality, used in battle, and has a friendship with Ash and all of his Pokémon. And the resistant-to-electricity plot device.

I hope he does, but considering what happened with Ash and Pidgeot, I doubt he will.

No, you wouldn't believe how many times false promises are kept just for the sake of making a dramatic ending. I mean how many times have they said they would promise to meet up again with character x at the end of every episode? Virtually every time, wouldn't suprise me if this falls into the same bracket.

If Max does get Ralts...most likely it would be when May and Max go back to Petalburg City. Once there, Max will probably see Ralts near the city and catch it...then being ready for Shinou. Something like that could happen.
