Will pikachu ever evolve?

No. Pikachu is Ash's first Pokemon ever and Ash likes Pikachu that way and Pikachus usually don't like to evolve. So I doubt Ash's Pikachu will evolve. I mean, it would just be so different with Ash using his Raichu to use thunderbolt to stop Team Rocket, eh?

It's been established in the first season that Pikachu will never evolve. If it did, then it would throw all the character developement it had out the window.

No. If he ever did, it would be in the last episode or something. See reason in Ash's battle with Surge.

No, Pikachu won't evolve. If you payed attention to the Kanto episode where they want to make Pikachu evolve with a Thunderstone, but Pikachu rejected it, so that proves that Pikachu won't evolve.

Pfft, that's no excuse. It doesn't take half a brain cell to figure out that they're not going to eradicate the franchise's mascot character from a half hour advertisment.

Pikachu won't ever evolve because it's basically the PKMN mascot, and it rejected Joy's Thunderstone. Same with Bulbasaur, he doesn't want to evolve either.

NO! It needs a Thunderstone first of all, and also is the Pokemon mascot. It had the chance to evolved and has shown no intrest of evolving. It has taken down a stinkin Dragonite so as far as Im concearned, it doesnt need to EVER evolve. Plus, a Raichu couldnt sit on Ash's should and Pika is so cute.
