If Pokemon R/s And F/g Are Compatible With Pokemon Colosseum, Will Pokemon D/p Be Compatible With A Wii Pokemon Game If They Even Come Out With One Soon?

I'm Pretty Sure it will be compatible with Wii.If it is it will probably be The End of Netbattle.Rephrasing That, i think NetBattle's Population will diminish. There Souds better.Just Imagine you being Able to Trade Pokemon With Anyone in the world?!That would be totally Cool.

We don't even know if they're will be a Wii pokemon game yet. We're still trying to speculate about D/P. If they made a pokemon rpg for the Wii, then I guess that they would be compatible.

Tvsian stated that he'd discontinue netbattle if "official" online battling became availible.

I'd expect that somewhere along the line, we'll get something like Stadium Wii, which'll give us our 3d battling and all that sort of stuff. I'm hoping they'll recombine Box and Colosseum back into a next-gen Stadium game. Almost no one has Box; it's just too damn rare. (and overpriced)

Um, the screenshots that have been released might be the reason...

And yes, I believe they'll be compatible with a Wii game, hopefully something like stadium.

It's logical to assume that since were getting hit with a myriad of Gamecube Pokemon Titles, Wii will be no different. I don't really see the controller being used in any particular way if they were to come out with a stadium-like game. Perhaps it could be used during the minigames?

Hope it is.
And I dont think it will be used during the minigames.

Pikamiki

PokeTrainer Miki
probably since all the pokemon games have been able to connect with others on the home consoles

Didn't E3 reveal some information about some DS games being able to link with the Wii? I speculate that D/P will be able to link up to a mostly probable future Wii stadium/colosseum game... possibly even utilizing the DS as a controller.

And why not?
you disagree yet have no reason to.
Can't you imagine some sort of scyther slashing game using the controller to slash the air? Warioware smooth moves is a great indication of what kind of Pokemon related minigames we might see if we get a new stadium.

yeah and i'm pretty sure in the link battle you will use the DS as a controller if you are using you're D/P team.

I withdraw reluctantly.
Well, why wouldn't it be?

1. If it isn't capatable, then you can only use the Pokemon that's in the game.
2. If you can only trade with the advance games for some reason, then you can only trade Pokemon from the first three generations.
3. It's pretty much the only chance of the game selling.

Also, as a side note, there has been talk about the DS connecting to Wii.

Technically E3 did not. It was said by accident with an Animal Crossing interview: "ACWW will be able to link up to the Revolution (as it was called back then) to visit towns." So that is the only information we have, and proof ACWii exists.
