Yeah. But maybe Pikachu should get a evolution that has the same colors but is at the hight of Charmeleon/Wartortle, with pointy cheeks and large ears like Pichu, so that it'll be like Eteboss to Aipom.

raichu will never get an evo,but pikachu may get another evo, a split evo,like poliwhirl/politoed, but i HIGHLY doubt that would ever happen,they'll probably never change pika ,he's too iconic.

theorettically it's technically possible but it wont happen. for some reason people didnt like it when they made pichu, so they'd have an anyerism if they made another pikalution. interesting theory but i dont really want one, i dont like raichu that much to begin with.
