Will someone help me register? I'm having trouble understanding it...

I haven't been in a Chat Room since 1999, when I was in some really old Pokémon chat.

It says:

To register a nick type /ns REGISTER password email

If I want to register as: Person

With password: Pass

With Email: someone@something.smw

(Not actual info)

What do I do, and how do I login next time?

First change you nick to the nick you want to register.
/nick Person

Then register it.
/ns REGISTER Pass someone@something.smw

If you want to log in again, change your nick to one of the nicks you registered then do this:
/ns IDENTIFY password

with you example:
/ns IDENTIFY Pass

I'm sorry. So do I type /nick Person where it says Change nick to? Can you please tell me exactly where I put everything? Sorry again for the inconvenience.

No, you type /nick whatever in the place where you type to input text.
The 'Change Nick To:' bar is just the same as /nick.
