Read the rules. You can't make threads like these. You go to Fan Art Requests in the Fan Art section and go to somebodys shop and ask them to make you one.

Not really sorry, all you have to do is go to someone's shop and then post it there. I can do the fusion for you but not the trainer card, I suck at those.
