Will the two legendaries work well together?

Liquid Armor

Boulder Trainer
I was wondering if anyone thinks the two legendaries should be compatible so they can be used in a two on two battle. They look compatible at least.

I hope they arent as incompatible as groudon and kyogre in which their weather effects only benifited one of them and hindered the other as well as their attacks sometimes hit each other (earthquake).

i think they will i think it 'll be sorta like plusle and miniun but (not the types) legendaries

You think so?

Looking at them I suspect that one is defense based while the other is offense based.

I think the blue one looks to be the def one and the white the offensive one.

i think it is too early too tell since we have no moves, abilities, stats, or types to go by. I do hope that they will be more compatible.

I think it will be in reverse.

i agree 95% there still is a chance it could be something sorta like types(groudon-kyogre), but i do think it will be sorta like what u just said liquid armor

I don't think these two will be anything like Groudon and Kyorge despite their seemingly obvious connections...

My theory is that they are Steel/Dark (dark blue) and Steel/Psychic (white/pink) types respectively and will be like Lugia and Ho-Oh, where they don't have a direct connection but are similar and both very powerful. They'll probably have new abilities (I hope) that won't hinder either one... I think that they'll just be meant to fight, alone or together.

So...yeah... That's what I think.

i don't really think so either i was just throwing some things out there

No offense to anyone who does do this, but why pair up Groudon and Kyogre? Aren't they supposed to cancel each other out anyway?

To me, that seems kind of like putting Tryanitar with Rayquaza...just pointless in general..

They could be like this:
(reffering as Tia and Gia)
Tia/Gia (version) appears and is battling other people on a low level (20) early in the game.
You battle with it and try to beat it. Once you beat it it runs and is not seen for a while.
After beating the fifth Gym leader you hear something loud in another room.
You and the leader rush to that place too see what is the matter. You find a guy who claims two machines came and defeated all of his Pokemon. The Gym Leader gets a call and tells you a Pokemon Ranger would like you too meet up with him in the next city (which has no Gym). You talk to the Pokemon Ranger who informs you that two machinery Pokemon recently left the town after beating a few trainers and taking a rare item of hers. She says they should be in the next city and gives you the device she and the other rangers use. You have to go to the next city. In the next city you find Tia and Gia and battle with them (both level 35). If you beat them your device is automaticcly used and they are sent to the Ranger's house. You have to go back to that city. She tels you that they gave her back her Master Ball, but she gives it to you. She lso tells you that Tia flew away and Gia escaped as well.
After going back to the last city you visited and beating the Gym leader, then beating the seventh Gym, you are called by the leader of the eight gym. He tells you that Tia/Gia are having a battle in his town. You come there and find out Tia/Gia (version you are not playing) lost and are told the other went up to the mountains after healing itself. You go up there and battle it and it will now be catchable. However it is at level 55.

It's really too early to tell, I'm hoping they will be similar to Lugia and Ho-oh and not like Kygore and Groundon. I'm just wanting a clearer picture right now of these legendaries.

Actually, the blue one looks offensive and the white one defensive.

Anyways, it's still too early to tell, but I hope they have no connection at all. It'll create a different story for Diamond and a different story for Pearl. But obviously, they can't do that -.-

I think they will work well together

Better then you
They might, it all depends on thier abilitys and there statistics. I however do think they will work together.

i think one is going to be defensive and the other offensive, from what i can see

i think that could work, give the defensive one a move or effect where the opposing pokemon HAS to attack that pokemon

That ability or attack would be too powerful.
