easily. if you want good mvoesets for your pokemon i have written them in bold

Lol you have Groudon. That's more than enough. Blaziken beats Sidney, Phoebe may be tough due to Dusclops but they have horrible sets so it shouldn't be a problem. Gardevoir CMs and beats Glacia, Pelipper for Drake, and a combination of Groudon and Blaziken for Steven.

^^ dude, the elite 4 are easy, if you have enough recovery items. i beat them on LG with level 45s.
