Will this site allow Friend Code trading in D/P Wifi?

When D/P is launched and if it has Wifi (pretty much a sure thing), will SPPf allow friend code trading? Because I know that some sites don't.

It is almost certain that Friend Code trading will be allowed.

Well I think if Nintendo makes it that way im pretty sure SPPf will allow friend codes... hopefully.
